When we stop completely you give us gentle nudges or persuasive pushes to get us going again. Thanks. When you don't give up on us it gives us motivation to go on.

- I'm a 54 year old Christian wife, mother and grandmother who has tried to lose weight for over forty years. But, here's the deal, two years ago I made a promise to myself that I wasn't going to quit trying. So, for these last two years I have gained and lost the same eight lbs. To some of you, that would seem like failure. To me, it's not a grand success but it is an improvement. For the last 20 years I have put on ten lbs a year. When you think of it that way, I am 20lbs to the good!
